Q: Where is & Sparkles jewelry made ?

A: All our jewelry is made by professional craftsmen in the Netherlands, which has a rich diamond and jewelry history.

 

Q: Is there a warranty on the jewelry ?

A:  & Sparkles provides a one year warranty on all sold items. This warranty is not valid, however, if another jeweler resizes or modifies the piece.  Please note that this is because alterations, when done incorrectly, can damage both the gems and the strength of the setting.

 

Q: What metals does & Sparkles use for its settings?

A: & Sparkles only uses 18K gold jewelry and silver. White gold is Nickel-free and silver is 925 Silver. Please also note that we only use first-class accredited metal suppliers.

 

Q: Where does & Sparkles source its diamonds and gemstones ?

A: & Sparkles is committed to sourcing its diamonds and gemstones in the most responsible and ethical way: we only source diamonds from legitimate sources that do not trade in conflict diamonds and operate in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.

 

Q: How does & Sparkles certify its diamonds?

A: All diamonds above 0,30 carats are certified either by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or the HRD Antwerp, two of the most reputable certification companies in the world.

 

Q: What is the quality of the coloured gemstones used in & Sparkles jewelry?

A: & Sparkles only sells natural gemstones – after an order is placed, we hand select each quality coloured gemstone based on its lively brilliance, good polish and cut.

 

Q: If the ring I ordered does not fit, can I have it resized?

A: & Sparkles will offer one complimentary resizing for each order within 101 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.

 

Q: How long will it take to produce and deliver the jewelry?

A: Every piece of jewelry purchased is made to order and we ship the goods within 14 working days. Should there be any delay, you will be duly notified.

Q: How are goods delivered?

A: & Sparkles delivers all of its goods via UPS.

 

Q: Who takes care of the shipping and insurance (for transportation) costs?

A: & Sparkles assumes full financial responsibility for both shipping and insurance of all goods up until the point of delivery.

 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, & Sparkles sells and ships jewelry all over the world.

 

Q: Who takes care of the import duties and taxes?

A: Final checkout prices include all eventual import duties and taxes – clients will not be charged any extras later.

 

Q: How do I return an item to & Sparkles?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any undamaged item within 101 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or a replacement item. The customer only pays for the return shipping fees. Every returned item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be refunded. All undamaged returns will be refunded within 30 days.
